                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 4021,
                   4025, AND 4029 NORCROSS ROAD, BEING ON THE
                   NORTHWEST LINE OF NORCROSS ROAD NORTHEAST OF
                   ASHLAND TERRACE, FROM RT-1 RESIDENTIAL
                   TOWNHOUSE ZONE TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 4021, 4025, and 4029
                Norcross Road, being on the northwest line of
                Norcross Road northeast of Ashland Terrace.  Lots
                8, 9, and 10, Corrective Plat, Buquo's Addition, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 51, page 211,
                ROHC; being the property described in deed book
                4462, page 711, ROHC, and part of the property
                described in deed book 4300, page 366, ROHC.  Tax
                Map No. 109M-C-11.1, 11.2, and 12
               
               
         from RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone to R-1 Residential Zone.
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
